DigiDestined in Last Evolution Kizuna
DigiDestined are now 5 years older since the last time we saw them in Digimon Tri. Tai is now 22 years old, a senior at a private University in Tokyo studying political science and economics. Since he's living on his own he has a part time job in an Arcade place full of pachinko/slot machines. He is a bit unsure about his future and is trying to figure out his next step in life. He is still a very good friends with Matt, who is a senior at another private University studying science and engineering. He owns a motorcycle and is a little bit unsure about his future as well. He is still deciding what he wants to do in his life and to make sure he is on a right path. Matt's brother T.K. and Tai's sister Kari are now both 19 years old. Kari still lives at home and is a freshmen at women's college majoring in early childhood education. Meanwhile T.K. is a freshman studying literature. He is taking English and French classes and has joined children's literature club. He wrote his first novel but doesn't want to show it to anyone yet. Both T.K. and Kari are still active in Digimon related activities together with Tai and Matt. The oldest of the group - Joe is in his fifth year medical college. As usuall he is studying really hard to become a doctor and doesn't have time to participate in Digimon activities. Like Joe, Sora and Mimi are mostly absent in the activies as well. Sora now 22 years old, studying at women college decides to walk her own path away from Digimon battles. She devotes herself to flower arranging so she doesn't see the others very often. One year younger Mimi opened her own online store with Izzy's help and sells goods online that she finds cute. Even though she doesn't participate that much in Digimon activities because she is often abroad she stays in contacts with others Digidestined. The last one of the 01 cast is Izzy who is still a college student with his own business. He is helping people with Digimon related problems and tries to connect the digital world with human world. He is the driving force behind the Digimon activities.
From the 02 Digidestined Davis is now 19 years old attending technihal school. He decides he wants to be a Ramen shop owner and is studying to get the chef certificate. He travels around Japan and the world to try and get to know more about Ramen before creating his own shop. His best friend Ken is at college studying psychology. Even though he doesn't have a lot of time he still participate in Digimon activities and sometimes goes together with Davis around to try new ramen. Yolei is a sophomore learning computer programming at an engineering college. At the moment she is studying abroad in Spain. She enjoys staying there and tries to keep in touch with the others and being active in Digimon community. The youngest of them all - Cody is still in high school (11th grade). He is studying hard for his college entrance exams and club activities. He still practices kendo during the summer.
