Sora and Biyomon
In the beginning Biyomon is kinda obsessed with Sora's friendship, which bothers Sora a lot till episode 4 when Biyomon helped other Yokomons instead of hiding herself.
Biyomon: I'm perfectly happy anywhere as long as Sora is there! *Sora makes an unhappy grimace**
Biyomon: Sora ~ Sora ~
Sora (thinking): Can I really get along with a mushy Digimon like her?**
Biyomon: Sora, Sora ~ Let's keep walking.
Sora: You're so energetic ...
Biyomon: Sora, Sora ~
Sora: Oh, just cut it out! Right now I am really thirsty, tired and I'm sick of walking, so stop clinging to me! It's making me even more tired!***
Biyomon: It must be because I had to protect Sora!
Sora (thinking): "Protect?" How can she say that, being as lovey-dovey as she is?****
After Birdramon defeated Meramon Sora realized that Biyomon is an important friend to her. There is a strong connection between Sora and Biyomon. Biyomon is always on Sora's side, it does everything to stay with her friend. Biyomon is a lovely nice Digimon that presents all good, but beware of it, if Sora gets hurt!
Sora: That idiot ... she's helping out her friends instead ...
Sora: Biyomon!*****
Biyomon: Sora, you came to save me ...
Sora: Of course I did! You're and important friend of mine.******
In the end when Sora and the others DigiDestined had to go back into the real world again and this time without their Digimon partners. Sora and Biyomon said goodbye on a tree, they both cried and hugged each other.
Biyomon: When you're back home, say hello to your mother for me.
Sora: Okay. I won't to thank you for that, Piyomon. I've misunderstood my mom all this time ... but because of you, things between us are all right now. I'm sure I'll be able to get along just fine with her from now on.
Biyomon: Really?
Sora: Really.
Biyomon: If that's true, then I'm happy! I though you only saw me as a bother because I keep depending on you.
Sora: That's not true! That was never true, Piyomon!
Biyomon: Sora ...
Sora: Piyomon ...*******
In season 2 they don't see each other that much as they saw each other in the first season. But every time they saw each other they were really happy about it. They still get along very well and they support each other and are like best friends again. Biyomon get along with her parents as well - in both seasons. When her mother saw Biyomon for the first time she was really scared but later they both tried to save Sora together. And also his father is really grateful to Biyomon and all Digimon, because their family relationship became stronger when Sora met them.
Also in episode 12 in season 2, Biyomon was in danger and Sora came in the digital world just to save Biyomon. She was in the middle of her tennis training, but she said that she needs to sit down because of her ankle. When she get in the digital world along with Davis, Cody, and Yolei she finally met Biyomon again. Biyomon said that she was late but because she is there now she is forgiven.

Biyomon and Sora's relationship is as always. They mean a lot to each other. Since Sora is constantly worrying about the others and calls them to check on their well being Biyomon is a little bit worried Sora doesn't take enough care of herself. She knows Sora is always taking care of others and since she is her favorite person she wants her to sometimes check on herself too. Biyomon is the one who always thinks of Sora, about her feelings, about her well being, her future, ...
Biyomon: Sora, you always put your friends before yourself.
Sora: Do I?
Biyomon: Yeah!
Sora: Well, with so much is happening, I get worried.
Biyomon: Well, I like that you're so obliging.
Sora: Thanks! I'm the mom of the group!
Biyomon: What about you? Please take care of yourself more.
Sora: Take care ... of myself.
Biyomon: Not possible, huh. But, that's one of your good points. But you're the number one person I care about!
Sora: Thank you, Biyomon.*
After the reboot of the Digital world their relationship changed. Since Biyomon lost all her memories about Sora and their past adventures she doesn't recognize her and doesn't want to be near her since she finds her annoying and weak. Sora tries to reconnect with her and is hurt since she is the only one having these problems. Even though Biyomon doesn't want Sora's help Sora is always there and even risks her life to save Biyomon. When they are attacked by Machinedramon Sora and Biyomon's bond grows stronger and makes Biyomon evolve to defeat Machinedramon. Later when Biyomon regains all the memories she feels really bad for how she treated Sora.
Sora: Me and you were partners. Do you remember? You know, you were always a baby, so you stuck to me like glue. We went to eat monjayaki and to hot springs. We were always together, remember?
Yokomon: Liar! I don't know any of that.**
Biyomon: I had forgotten about Sora. I'm sorry, Sora. You must have felt so lonely.***
