Movie 02 - Our War game
The movie starts with Tai writing an email to Sora. He wanted to apologize because the two of them fought the other day. When he finally found the right symbols to write his name Kari interrupted him and he accidentally wrote (or clicked) a heart next to his name. He didn't want Kari to look at his email. When Tai didn't pay attention to Kari (and computer) Kari sent his email to Sora. He was a little bit angry and he didn't want to tell her who did he send it to. Email was rejected and Tai thought that Sora didn't want to accept his email.Tai: Sora, Sorry about the other day. Don't be angry anymore. Yagami Taichi.
Meanwhile Izzy found a Digimon on the computer who's eating data and that's how he gets his energy to evolve to another level. Izzy immediately came to Tai's place. They decided to call all the DigiDestined to come to Tai's place and help to fight the evil Digimon with Agumon and Tentomon's help. Tai tried to get in touch with everyone but he couldn't reach them (Joe had an exam, Matt and T.K. were at their grandma's place ...).
When Tai had to call Sora he asked Izzy to do it instead of him. He was a little bit surprised because Tai asked him to do that. Izzy called Sora but her mother answered the phone. When she heard that someone from Tai's residence is calling she said to tell him that she's not home (Izzy heard that over the phone). The mother is apparently not a good lier since she told Izzy the truth. That she told her to tell him she's not home. Izzy immediately knew that something happened between them. When he mentioned that the two of them were fighting Tai denied and blushed for a moment. Tai didn't want to talk about it and he changed the subject.
Meanwhile Sora was checking her email and was still mad at him because she didn't get one.
Because they didn't reach other DigiDestined they had to fight alone. Diablomon decided to go into the NTT system and that's why they couldn't use their phones anymore. All the lines were busy. Tai also called Sora's house but the line was busy as well.
When he found a way how to contact them again (leave a message) he called Sora again and said to her that he'll apologize (again) and asked her to give him a reply as soon as she gets the message. He didn't know that Sora was actually standing outside his apartment and decided not to ring a bell.
Tai: Sora? I'll apologize for the other day. So when you get this, give me a reply.
The only one who replied to Tai's message were Matt and T.K.. They asked them to find a computer so the two of them could fight along with Agumon and Tentomon. In the middle of the fight Izzy had to go to the toilet because he was drinking ice tea a lot. Because WarGreymon was losing to Diablomon Tai hit the computer. Computer freezed. When Izzy came back Tai denied that he did something to the computer (at least not on purpose). Izzy said that that's why he and Sora get into fights. Tai told Izzy the whole story. He bought Sora a present and she thought that he doesn't like her wearing hats. He later apologized.
Izzy: That's why you and Sora-san get into fights!
Tai: I ... I just ... got her a present ...
Izzy: Present ...?
Tai: It was her birthday ... so I gave her a hairclip. So she says "Don't you like the hat I'm wearing?" and ... then we got in a fight.
Izzy: That's so petty ...
Tai: But I apologized ..!
Izzy repaired the computer and they continued with fighting Diablomon. They had a few problems but in the end they managed to do it (WarGreymon and MetalGarurumon digivolved together into Omnimon).
When they defeated him Sora finally get Tai's email. She saw a heart next to the name and she smiled. Later we can see that she replied to his mail that she loves the hairclip he gave it to her. We can also see a picture of her with Tai's hairclip.
Sora: Taichi, I'm sorry. Thanks for the present. - Sora
After watching this movie I was absolutely sure that Tai and Sora are going to end up together. I have no idea who wanted to see Sora with Matt after this movie. It's sooo cute! They belong together. Why did they do such a cute movie if they didn't plan them ending together? I was really angry after seeing the movie after I watched the second season. I don't know why but I just don't see Sora and Matt together - their personality just don't get together (maybe that's actually the reason why).
And by the way, I hated the American version of this movie. The reason why the two of them get in a fight? Because Tai puked into her hat and he didn't tell her that before she put the hat back on her head. Really? They destroyed such a cute story! And when Tai was writing an email he didn't know if he should write 'Love, Tai' or just 'Tai'. Then Kari came and she accidentally sent the mail to Sora with the word love in front of his name.
I love this movie so much!
Movie 04 - Diablomon strikes back
Since Sora was at the tennis club camp we can actually see her just at the end of the movie.
First I must say that something unusual happens when Diablomon published some pictures of DigiDestined. On one there were Sora and Matt shopping together. Yolei gave a strange look at Matt when they saw this picture ... I am not sure what this means but it was probably made for a reason. It was really strange though.
In the end Tai and Matt were a little bit depressive because Omnimon wasn't good enough to fight Diablomon alone. Sora came and said "get yourself together". Tai noticed her first and I think he was really happy to see her (he had a really happy voice when he called her name). She said hello to Tai and Matt, but she said Tai's name first!
And then despite the fact that Matt and Sora are already together, there still is a moment for Taiora! When Agumon and Gabumon gave their powers to Imperialdramon it suddenly got very windy. Sora was standing between Tai and Matt and instead of holding her lover she holds on Tai! (I love this scene!).
And then the pictures that are shown in the end of every movie show also Sora hugging Tai and Matt plus there is a picture where everybody is around an old train, just Sora and Tai are sitting together on the roof.
In the dubbs Sora didn't come with a supportive message, she just apologized for being so late, but she made it. And I don't think the American version showed the pictures in the end.
