Sora's Home
Hikarigaoka (光が丘)
Hikarigaoka is located in the northern part of Nerima Ward. Hikarigaoka used to be the site of a United States military housing complex and before that a Japanese airfield and training/testing site. When the site was returned to the Japanese government back in 1973 they started to develop it into a residential area. At first it was really hard to access the area but in 1991 they created a line that was extended to Hikarigaoka from Nerima and build up apartment units in the area. (Wikipedia)Sora and all the original chosen DigiDestined lived in Hikarigaoka before moving to Odaiba. It's also a place where the fight between Greymon and Parrotmon took place in the first movie. As it's said in the first season all the DigiDestined moved from Hikarigaoka, because there was a "terrorist bombing" (actually it was just Greymon and Parrotmon) and the parents didn't feel save any more so they all decided to move from there.
We can see Sora's apartment in the first movie, but only through her window. It's not shown much. The building where she lives has to look at the venue where Greymon and Parrotmon fights, because she can see the two Digimon and she can also see Tai from the window. We can't see much of the inside of the room, but there's a bed, a TV, a few pictures and that's pretty much everything that is shown.
Since Hikarigaoka really exists you can check the map here and see the possibilities where Sora could live in Hikarigaoka.
Odaiba (お台場)
Odaiba is part of Tokyo. It is a large artificial island in Tokyo Bay. The Rainbow Bridge connects Odaiba to central Tokyo. Odaiba was built back in the 1850s for defensive purposes. In 1860 Odaiba opened its door as a port and shipyard in the city today known as Yokosuka. In the late 20th century it was dramatically expanded as a seaport district and later in the 1990s it has developed as a major commercial, residential , and leisure area. (Wikipedia)
SORA'S HOME IN ODAIBA FROM DIGIMON ADVENTURE & 02
Since the Odaiba isn't that big of an island the DigiDestined live pretty close to each other. It's never really told where Sora lives in Odaiba. In the first and the second season the building where she lives is only shown once or twice and you can't really see the building's background so that we could say where she lives. Sora lives alone there with her mother - her father lives in Kyoto.
Her room is shown a few times and it looks like a traditional Japanese room. She sleeps on a futon which is a traditional Japanese bedding and she has sliding doors which are also very traditional. Besides that, she has a wardrobe full of clothes and in the beginning some soccer stuff too. In the third movie (Hurricane touchdown!) her room is also shown and it looks pretty much the same as the one in series. Just the sliding doors are a little bit different, so maybe the room from the third movie isn't her room but maybe another room in the apartment since we can't see much of the room, just this one frame. It looks like when you enter the apartment you can go through the hallway to the kitchen and then turn right to Sora's bedroom. The apartment isn't as open as Tai's apartment.
SORA'S HOME IN ODAIBA FROM THE SECOND MOVIE: OUR WAR GAME!
In the second movie, Sora still lives in Odaiba. Her apartment looks different though. It looks more like Tai's apartment than Sora's from the first season. It's still very traditional but the layout of the apartment is different. When you enter the apartment, on the right is Sora's room and in the end is the living room. It's not shown where the other rooms are. Sora's room has a bit more furniture and it doesn't seem so traditional as before.
In the beginning there are two buildings (Sarea complex) shown and Sora walking between them. She may live in one of them. She is walking to Tai's place but changes her mind. In the end when the missile falls into the Tokyo Bay we can see the same splash from Tai's balcony and Sora's room's window. So apparently her room is facing the same direction as Tai's balcony. And when you check the map of Odaiba you can see it's possible they live in the same building or the building next to each other.

SORA'S HOME IN DIGIMON TRI
Sora could still live in one of the Sarea complex in Odaiba because it's never really shown where she lives now. The only information we have about her apartment's whereabouts is that she lives 30 minutes away from the concert venue where Matt's band is playing. We can see her waiting at a station that's probably nearby her home but I have no idea where this station could be in Odaiba.
Besides her room we can also see the bathroom. Nothing much to say about that, looks like an ordinary bathroom. Her bedroom looks like a mixture of a traditional and modern room. It's funny how her crest is in red color so she ownes lots of stuff in red (laptop, clock, sliding doors ...). She probably still sleeps on a futon since we can't see any bed in the room. It looks pretty normal teenage room. I love how everyone has the picture they took in the Digital World framed.
SORA'S HOME IN DIGIMON LAST EVOLUTION KIZUNA
Since Sora isn't shown that much in the movie we can't really see much of her room/apartment. She is shown watching through the window and if you pay enough attention you can see the Rainbow bridge through the window. So the location of her apartment reminds me a bit on the building she lives in the second movie - in the Sarea complex. She definitely still lives in Odaiba. Her room is shown in the first memorial story and it's totally different from the one from Digimon Tri (even though some furniture looks the same as the one in Tri - just rearranged) so she might moved out of Odaiba in Tri and moved back in Kizuna.
As usuall there are a lot of red stuff in her room. Her room is pretty specious - she only has the essential things in her room (table, chair, wardrobes, ...). I really like the mini bed she has for Biyomon (probably a dog bed). It's so cute seeing Biyomon sleeps inside. Besides her room we can see another very specious room where she practices her flower arrangement skills. The room looks a bit traditional with the sliding doors.
Near Musashi-Kosugi Station (武蔵小杉駅)
Musashi-Kosugi station is located in Nakahara Ward of eastern Kawasaki, Kanagawa, Japan. The nearby area is a popular residential area because of its skyscraper-like residential buildings and because of the high convenience of railways. It's located about 20 minutes by train to get to central Tokyo. In the past the area has been attracting attention as an industrial land. (Wikipedia)
