Movie 1: Digimon Adventure

The movie isn't really long. Tai and Kari and all the other DigiDestined were still living in Hikarigaoka at that time when the first movie is happening. One night Tai goes to the bathroom and when he was returning to his room he saw Kari in dad's room. She was just staring at dad's computer. When Tai came to her she started to talk about an Egg. At first Tai didn't have any idea what she is talking about till the Digi egg came from the computer. The next day, Tai's mother went out and she wanted him to take care of Kari since he is her older brother. First he thought that all this Egg scene was just in his dreams until he saw Kari sleeping with the Egg. They both didn't know what to do with it. Tai also joked about cooking it but Kari was totally against it. Not so long time later the Digi egg break and Botamon came out of it. Neither Tai or Kari knew what that is. Tai didn't trust it like Kari did. Because Tai was a little aggressive (he throw his goggles at Botamon ...), Botamon started to attack them with his Bubble Blow. Every time Kari whistled with her whistle Botamon blown bubbles.
Later Botamon evolved into Koromon. He did it because Kari was feeding him all the time. She even gave him a cat food from her cat Miko. That's why she became really aggressive and attacked Koromon. When Tai saw that Koromon is really scared of his cat he tried to protect him. Cat Miko scratched him and Koromon too. Kari started to talk with Koromon and he hugged her in his way and later he also hugged Tai and thanked him for saving him in front of cat Miko. Later that night Koromon started acting really strange like he would be afraid of something. He evolved into Agumon and he jumped with Kari out of the window. Meanwhile Tai's dad came home and he was really drunk and he wanted to say goodnight to his children. Because of Agumon Tai didn't want to open the door and when Kari got missing Tai ran away to find her. When he finally found her there was a new Digimon beside Agumon. An evil Digimon named Parrotmon.
Agumon and Parrotmon began to fight. Parrotmon crushed the bridge right above Tai, Kari, and Agumon. Because of that Agumon digivoldved to Greymon and fought with Parratmon again. In the beginning it looked like Greymon was winning but Parrotmon throw Greymon on the ground. Greymon didn't move and Kari tried to whistle again but she couldn't do it, because she was crying. That's why Tai took her whistle and whistled till Greymon woke up. Greymon and Parrotmon attacked each other and because of the light we couldn't see anything. When the light went off neither Greymon or Parrotmon were there.
And the ending scene always makes me wanna cry when Tai opens his eyes and hugs Greymon.
Movie 2: Our War Game
"When a deadly virus Digimon causes mass havoc on the Internet, it's left up to just a few of the DigiDestined to stop him, and save Tokyo from an incoming missile attack." (Digimon Wiki)
The movie started with Tai writing a letter to Sora to apologize. He bought her a present - a hairclip - for her birthday. She thought that Tai doesn't like her hat and they started to fight about it. When Tai wrote a letter he accidentally put a heart beside his signature. Kari came into the room and sent Tai's letter to Sora. Tai was first mad at her because she did that and later on Sora because he thought that she rejected his mail - but that was Diablomon's work. Izzy saw a Digimon egg and he ran to Tai's house because this egg could be dangerous. They both get in Tai's dad's room, where they have a computer. We find out that Tai doesn't know many things about computers so he let Izzy to do all the computer work. This new Digimon started to eat all the data.
First Tai and Izzy didn't know how to fight against this Digimon until Agumon, Tentomon and other Digimon shown on Izzy's laptop. Izzy sent them a link to Diablomon. Agumon and Tentomon evolved but they lost anyway. Tai tried to call all the DigiDestined but he couldn't get them. The phone line was busy all the time. Later Tai sent them a message through the phone system. Only Matt with T.K. replied and Tai, Izzy ordered them to find a computer. Matt and T.K. were at their grandmother's house and in that village, no one had a computer. After a long search, they finally found a computer at the hairdresser. Patamon and Gabumon joined Agumon and Tentomon and they fought together. Agumon and Gabumon digivolved to their mega level, but Diablomon attacked Patamon and Tentomon during their evolution so they couldn't fight forward. Through all day Izzy was constantly drinking ice tea. In the middle of the fight Izzy went on the toilet. When WarGraymon didn't hit Diablomon Tai hit the computer and made it freeze. Tai defended himself in front of Izzy (that he is not guilty and that he didn't do it on purpose). Izzy said that because of that he and Sora fight. He told him the whole story - what happened between him and Sora. Izzy managed to connect the internet back. WarGreymon was in a really bad shape but he decided to fight again.
Meanwhile Diablomon started to double himself. One of the clones had a clock - actually it was a bomb. One of Izzy's friends found out that the USA army sent a rocket somewhere and this rocket has a bug - Diablomon. So if they don't stop Diablomon this rocket will explode somewhere. Izzy sent a link to Diablomon back to WarGreymon and MetalGarurumon. They decided to fight again. Because all the people who were watching sent a lot of mails to Izzy WarGreymon and MetalGarurumon were really slow. Diablomon almost destroyed WarGreymon and MetalGarurumon. Tai and Matt were really sad and they wanted to be with their Digimon so they just got there through their computers. They were both crying because of their Digimon. But they both awakened and unite their powers together - they evolved into Omnimon and defeated Diablomon with a clock. They destroyed the internet bug and the bomb. Izzy and Tai were both crying of happiness. In the end Sora gets Tai's mail and apologized to him because of her reaction. And the cake Tai's mother was doing for him was destroyed - burned.
Movie 3: Hurricane Touchdown

Since Tai isn't the leader of the new group anymore he is just a "side actor". At the beginning of the movie he played soccer alone. Later he was brought to another dimension along with all the rest DigiDestined. An evil Digimon named Wendigomon brought them there. We can still see Tai from time to time when he is rejuvenating. Every time we see him he is younger. We can see Tai again at the same clothes as he had in season 1. In the end they are already really young (probably the same age as they were when they were still living in Hikarigaoka). Wendigomon took all of them because he was trying to find Wallace - his partner. Wallace lost Wendigomon when he was younger and now Wendigomon tried to find him. Davis, Wallace, and the rest of the DigiDestined saved Tai and the rest of the group.
Movie 4: Diaboromon Strikes Back
"Diaboromon makes a return to the net, and the DigiDestined are quick to act, unaware that Diaboromon has a couple more tricks up his sleeve since their last encounter." (Digimon Wiki)
In this movie Tai is at the same age as in season 2 - actually he is 3 months older. Diablomon came back alive. He sent a lot of his baby form Kuramon in the real world. They came to the real world through the phone or computer. There are a few pictures that are circling around the internet. One of them was Tai's picture when he was really young (there was a really cute scene when Davis started to laugh but when he find out that he is looking at Tai he immediately stopped <3). Tai and Matt decided to go into the computer again and beat Diablomon with Omnimon. When they got there they were really confused because none of Kuramons tried to attack them. When Diablomon came Omnimon tried to beat him but they couldn't do it. Kari and T.K. also came there to help them. When they finally defeated Diablomon he transported in the real world. All these Kuramons moved together in one Digi egg. From the Digi egg came Diablomon (actually it was his mega level Armageddemon). Omnimon wasn't strong enough to defeat him anymore. Tai and Matt were both really sad because of it and because of the Omnimon's condition. But at that time Sora came to cheer them up. Later Omnimon gave his power to Imperialdramon and he evolved into Imperialdramon Paladin Mode. He defeated Armageddemon. In the end, they were all really tired because they fought all night long.
Digimon Adventure: Last Evolution – Kizuna (デジモンアドベンチャー Last Evolution 絆)
"Five years after the events of Digimon Adventure tri., Tai and the other DigiDestined are approaching adulthood; however, Tai and Matt still remain undecided about their future goals. The DigiDestined later meet Menoa Bellucci, a professor at Columbia University in New York City, and Kyotaro Imura, her bodyguard. Menoa claims that Eosmon is targeting DigiDestined around the world by robbing both them and their Digimon partners of their consciousness. With Menoa's help, Tai, Matt, Izzy, T.K., and their Digimon fight Eosmon on the Internet." (Digimon Wiki)
In this movie Tai is in his twenties and dealing with adult responsibilities while holding onto memories of his past adventures with Agumon.
The movie starts with Tai and Matt learning about a phenomenon making DigiDestined and their Digimon partners lose consciousness. They find out it's connected to a new Digimon named Eosmon. Tai and Matt team up to investigate and confront this threat.
During their investigation, Tai discovers that fighting alongside their Digimon will cause their bonds to dissolve faster. This forces Tai to face the reality of growing up and the possible end of his partnership with Agumon.
Despite this, Tai and Agumon continue to fight, determined to save their friends and stop Eosmon. Tai's journey involves battling Eosmon while dealing with the emotional struggle of growing up.
In the final battle, Tai and Matt work together to defeat Eosmon, but it comes at a high personal cost. As the movie ends, Tai realizes his time with Agumon is almost over. He thanks Agumon for their adventures and promises to cherish the memories. Tai steps into his future, ready to face what's next with the lessons and love from his time with Agumon.
Digimon Adventure 02: The Beginning (デジモンアドベンチャー02 THE BEGINNING)
"Two years after the battle against Eosmon, Davis Motomiya, Ken Ichijouji, Yolei Inoue, Cody Hida, T.K. Takaishi, and Kari Kamiya meet a boy named Lui Ohwada, who is found with a depowered Digivice and claims to be the first DigiDestined ever. We actually see Tai for just a second in the movie since he doesn't really have a role in this one. From the audio drama, drama CD, and "Kizuna," we already know that Tai is busy (as all the 01 kids are) working in a Digital World-related department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In the movie, he is shown on TV (live) while the news is talking about the mysterious messages everyone has received in the previous days and the giant Digimon egg that floats above Tokyo Tower. Tai is recognized by Kari and the rest of the 02 kids while they are watching the news in the ramen shop where Davis works.
